We start knitting hat around usual elastic band 1х1 (1 front, 1 back), but it is obligatory in two threads. Knit directly on height of 15-18 cm (hat depth), having finished knitting of pattern it is possible to divide bilateral knitting having removed loops of one color on pins, and to connect in the beginning one upper side, then to finish the second.
In the beginning we knit internal part of hat, remove all loops of outer side on pins and continue to knit around back loops up to the necessary depth of cap. Further we knit the top with decreases, for this purpose divide all loops into 4 parts.
