SOCKS WITH SPIRAL HEEL

Easy way of knitting of socks spokes with the heel tied by spiral pattern at the expense of which the sock fits foot tightly. The even beginning knitter easily will connect such socks for couple of evenings.

For knitting of pair of socks it will be required 85 gr. bi-fiber yarn and set of chulochny spokes - 5 pieces.

Description of knitting of socks:

Gather on 4 spokes on 12 loops and knit around elastic band 1x1 or 2x2on height of 5-7 cm (this description is provided for the 39th size of foot, respectively for fuller leg gather bigger quantity of loops).

Further knit sock top chulochny knitting of 5 more cm.

Then pass to knitting of spiral pattern which matches on site heels. The rapport of spiral pattern makes 6 loops (you can change pattern rapport, alternating 4 front and 4 back). Knit according to the scheme of 3 circular rows, alternating 3 front and 3 back loops, in the 4th row shift pattern on one loop and so move pattern through each three rows.

Spiral pattern knit 15 rapports in height, length of sock has to be to the middle of foot and pass to knitting of front smooth surface.

Having connected sock to the middle of little finger, start doing decreases on each side, knitting sock toe. For this purpose at the end of spoke knit: 2 front together with inclination to the left, at the beginning of the following spoke: 1 front, 2 front together. Do decreases on spokes there will be no 6 loops so far. Then cut off thread, stretch tip of thread through the remained loops and fix it on seamy side.

The second sock matches also as well as the first.
