To start cross stitching it is not necessary to train and study different types of seams many. It is enough to see how to execute seam dagger as it is correct to fix thread in the beginning and at the end of seam, and also some councils and rules of creed stitch.
The seam dagger is simplest type of embroidery which consists of two stitches forming on upper side two perpendicularly the crossed lines. One rule shall be carried out: all lower stitches have to be sent to one party, and upper to another.
For beginners to embroider, to select simple, small schemes, withsmall amount of flowers better or to buy set for embroidery where all necessary materials and tools are picked already up.
Before work attentively study the scheme, define, how many sections in width and in height it makes, pick up necessary colors of threads. Then prepare outline, having counted piece of material by quantity of sections, having added at the edges of 2-3 cm, cut off fabric.
For convenience of further counting according to the scheme on outline make marking through 10 sections special pencil (do not use usual pencil or marker) or nazheulta thread.

Cutting off thread for embroidery, measure it no more than 40 cm, differently during the work it will get confused. In the scheme it is always specified, how many additions of threads it is necessary to use in embroidery if is not present, then on your discretion.
For fixing of thread at the beginning or at the end of seams never do small knots. It is possible to fix thread in several ways:
At the beginning, at embroidery in two threads (or other even number) it is convenient to fix thread in loop. Having for this purpose taken one thread, having put it in half, pass both ends in needle. On seamy side having made small stitch, pass needle in loop from dual thread and tighten.
It is possible to fix thread several stitches, both in the beginning, and at the end of work. Make 2-3 small stitches, trying to jam thread.
At the end of workto stretch thread on seamy side under stitches of ready daggers, to make fixing stitch and to cut off thread.
It is possible to embroider each dagger separately, having made stitch from right to left in the beginning, and then from left to right, but it is better to carry out group of the lower stitches in the beginning, and then upper.

Having executed all daggers according to the scheme, it was necessary to execute planimetric, construction lines which carry out seam needle back. If you get accustomed to the scheme, will see places of change of the lines which are usually located on corners of sections. If it is not present, you can draw special pencil the line and on it to carry out seam.

Having fixed threadon seamy side, remove needle in the following step from the beginning of the line and enter needle into the initial point, having received stitch on upper side, bring needle to the person, having receded on step from ready stitch, then coming back, we receive the second ready stitch.
If necessary carefully wash ready embroidery in slightly warm water, having washed away marking or pull out razmetochny threads. Steamon seamy side, having put on towel and it is possible to make out in frame or passe-partout.
